Change Management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to another desired future state. It is an organizational process targeted at empowering employees to accept and embrace changes in their current business environment. In project management, change management refers to a project management process where changes to a project are formally introduced and adopted. Change management strategies can be applied to making strategic changes, technological changes, structural-functional changes and changes to the attitudes and behaviors of personnel.

Employing the same tools as those applied to resolving issues and building consensus, SB&A works with clients to generate change formula processes or strategies that foster support for change, address the stages of natural and inherent resistance to change and effectively support and guide the organization through the period of transition.
